Popular Yoga class returns in January

Registration open for Exploring Our Potential Group Winter sessions.
Offered this Winter in the afternoon or evening, this group helps participants gain knowledge of themselves by exploring strengths, skills and identity. They will examine their individual needs, priorities and options for making positive changes that improve their lives. Click here for more details on this and other winter programs at the Centre.
