Women on the Move
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Location: Falstaff Community Centre
It is a chance for women of all ages and abilities to take part in
a women's only weight room and fitness class. Women can join this group
any time. Please pre-register by calling Patricia at Doorsteps, 416-241-9430.
